Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and every purchase from Sadie's Nails ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems, and will refund anything charged for a cancelled order. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age to enter a contract and that the information you give is accurate.

Products and use

Our devices are consumer electronics for personal cosmetic use on fingernails. Use them only as described in the instructions and product page. Printed results depend on the design, your nails and how the device is used, and we do not promise any specific outcome. The companion app is provided by a third party, and we do not control its availability or features. Stop using the device and seek professional advice if you have skin irritation, an allergy or a nail condition. Keep the device and ink cartridges out of reach of young children.

No warranty beyond what we state

Except for the remedies in our Refund Policy and any optional Extended Warranty you purchase, and except for rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Misuse, drops, liquids, tampering, modification or unauthorized repair void any claim.

Optional add-ons

Extended Warranty, Shipping Protection, ink cartridges and mystery boxes are optional purchases described on their product pages. They are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Final sale, claims and disputes

All sales are final, subject to the exceptions in our Refund Policy. You agree to contact us and follow the claim process in the Refund Policy before starting a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. You agree that we may provide your order details, these terms, tracking and delivery information and our correspondence with you to your bank or card issuer in response to any dispute.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and images belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You are responsible for having the right to print any photo or design you choose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
